Rica Talk Hotel

In 2006 we built the really spectacular Rica Talk Hotel integrated with Stockholm International Fairs exhibition, trade fair and congress facility, which has won several awards for its exciting design. The hotel’s location offers excellent traffic connections including a 9-minute commuter train ride from Stockholm Central Station (take the Södertälje/Nynäshamn train) to Älvsjö Station, with 4 to 8 trains per hour.
