Volgens de mening van Manuela, was de staat van Apartment-Hotel Golden Bay Malia in Malia niet in orde. De afstand tussen het hotel en het strand was net te ver. De restaurants en cafés in de buurt van het hotel waren matig tot behoorlijk. Verder vond men dat de check-in procedure in orde was. Volgens de user was het personeel bekwaam genoeg en was hun kennis van buitenlandse talen voldoende. De conditie van het zwembad was niet in orde. Het strand was niet van beste kwaliteit.
